What is the best way to make an appointment?
There are several ways to make an appointment for new and current clients! The easiest way to request an appointment is through our website or app. There, you can enter your name, email, pet name, preferred date and time, and then give a brief summary of what kind of appointment you need.
After you submit this, we will receive the request and make sure we have all the information we need to properly schedule it. Sometimes the times don’t work on our end but that’s okay! We will reach out with several other times available for the kind of appointment you need to find what works best for you.
Can I just call to make an appointment?
Of course you can! Sometimes this is even better if you have a lot of things you’d like the doctor to look at or feel like there’s more information you’d like to share with us to better make the appointment. Our number is (319) 277-7675.
Can I text or email to make an appointment?
You sure can! We will ask similar questions to the request form on our website but some people find this option to be easier to “cut out the middleman.” Either way you choose to make an appointment we will make sure your pet gets the kind of care it needs! What’s the app?
You can download our app, Otto, by looking it up in the Google Play or App Store on your phone! Through the app you can request an appointment, request a refill on medications, and keep you and your pet’s information up to date!
