Client Care Manager, Receptionist
Katie was born in Waterloo, IA, and moved to Duluth, MN, with her family at a young age. After graduating high school, she returned to Cedar Falls to be closer to extended family. Her educational background is diverse, holding an Associate’s degree in Human Services, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, and most recently, a Bachelor's degree in Animal Health and Behavior earned in 2021. In 2024, she also received her Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence.
Katie’s experience in the animal field includes several years in pet boarding and doggy daycare. At APCC, her focus is on ensuring that every client and their furry family member receives outstanding service and compassionate care.
She currently lives in Cedar Falls with her boyfriend, their four cats, two chinchillas, and two dogs: a Beagle mix named Petey and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Pookie. In her spare time, Katie enjoys curling up with a good book.
